Important Shipping Information
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- We deliver within South Africa only.
- A physical address is required; PO Boxes are not accepted.
- While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen delays caused by external factors (such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, or strikes) may occur. Any such delays will be communicated promptly.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please follow these steps:
